Under the KISS system, coverage is a straightforward right of citizenship: no premiums, no "out-of-network" traps, and no surprise bills. By consolidating national healthcare spending into a transparent public fund, we gain the collective bargaining power required to slash prescription drug prices and standardize high-quality care across every town! We are replacing a broken, bureaucracy with a direct, efficient model that prioritizes human life over paperwork. A healthier nation is a stronger nation, so this will include dental, vision, and hearing.

AFFORDABLE HOMES

The American Dream was built on the foundation of homeownership, but for millions of hardworking families, that dream is slipping out of reach due to skyrocketing costs, artificial supply shortages, and predatory corporate competition. When massive Wall Street investment firms and mega-corporations buy up entire neighborhoods of single-family homes, everyday buyers are outbid before they even have a chance to make an offer. We must protect Main Street families by prohibiting large institutional investors from monopolizing residential neighborhoods, ensuring that houses are built and bought for people to live in, not for corporations to treat as speculative commodities. At the same time, we need to drastically increase housing supply by cutting federal red tape and incentivizing local communities to reform rigid zoning rules for starter homes, duplexes, and modern manufactured housing.

Building more houses is only half the battle. We also need to make securing a mortgage transparent, fair, and achievable for the average American. We can help first-time buyers bridge the gap through targeted down-payment tax credits that reward families who save to buy their first home, empowering local community banks and expanding access to rural housing programs. We can ensure that local lenders who understand their communities have the flexibility to finance local growth. Restoring the dream of homeownership requires a common-sense approach that expands supply, stops predatory financial practices, and ensures every American family has a fair shot at building real generational wealth in the place they call home.

JUSTICE & REFORM

I will fight to reform our broken systems so that government serves the people, not the powerful. I support making Election Day a federal holiday and extending early voting to all states to make participation easier for working Americans. I also back automatic voter registration, Ranked Choice & Approval Voting to eliminate the idea of wasted votes, repealing Citizens United, and banning corporate PAC money to limit the corrosive influence of big money in our elections. As such, I do not take corporate PAC money. We must update outdated laws that stifle innovation and individual rights. This includes shortening copyright and patent lengths so ideas return to the public domain faster, and establishing strong Right to Repair laws that allow Americans to fix their own devices and property without corporate obstruction.

True justice demands accountability. I will work to end qualified immunity so that no public official is above the law, require warrants for all government surveillance, and permanently end the abusive practice of civil asset forfeiture that lets police seize property without due process. These reforms will protect our freedoms while restoring trust in our institutions.

TAX PLAN

The Jacob Anders Tax Plan introduces a sweeping, commonsense overhaul designed to completely relieve the financial burden on American families while boosting overall federal revenue. By restructuring our approach to income, this plan eliminates income taxes entirely for anyone earning under $500,000. For income exceeding that threshold, a simplified 50% flat tax will be applied. Based on standard baselines, this shift will adjust income tax revenue from $2.109 trillion down to $1.570 trillion. However, this is a targeted $539 billion reduction that represents a direct investment back into the pockets of everyday workers.

To further empower parents and support working families, this revenue reduction is paired with a permanent Child Tax Credit providing $2,200 per child for 60 million children (amounting to $132 billion), alongside a fully funded $70 billion Earned Income Tax Credit. The middle class will finally be free to spend their hard-earned money as they see fit, triggering a massive wave of localized economic activity.

We pay for this relief and secure a net surplus by making corporations and the ultra-wealthy pay their fair share. By adjusting the corporate tax rate to 42%, corporate revenue will double from $497 billion to $995 billion, injecting an additional $498 billion into the budget. Furthermore, strict enforcement targeting offshore accounts and the top 1% will recover an estimated $70 billion annually in unpaid taxes. By radically simplifying the tax code, we will also lighten the bureaucratic load on the IRS, saving an additional $6 billion a year in administrative costs. This balanced framework doesn't just secure our fiscal future it builds a stronger, fairer economy from the ground up.

LABOR & WORKERS' RIGHTS

Strong labor unions built the American middle class, and protecting them is essential to restoring balance in our economy. For decades, corporate interests have eroded worker protections, stagnated wages, and undermined the fundamental right of working people to organize for better conditions. True servant leadership requires standing shoulder-to-shoulder with working families, ensuring that every American has a real voice on the job and a seat at the bargaining table. Labor rights are a human rights issue.

To restore power to the people who actually keep this country running, we must increase the minimum wage to $15 an hour, and pass the Protecting the Right to Organize (PRO) Act. This vital legislation will penalize corporate union-busting, overturn restrictive "right-to-work" laws, safeguard striking workers, and ensure companies negotiate fair first contracts in good faith. In line with the vision of an Economic Bill of Rights, I will unequivocally champion unionized labor, defend collective bargaining, and fight for a future where every worker is treated with dignity, safety, and fair compensation.

EDUCATION & PRE-K

A strong country starts with a world-class public education system that serves every child regardless of zip code. We must begin by offering universal pre-K for every family, giving children a strong developmental head start while providing working parents much-needed relief from skyrocketing childcare costs. In our K-12 schools, we need to protect public education funding, significantly raise teacher pay to end the growing educator shortage, and place mental health counselors in every school. By expanding career and technical education early in high school, we can ensure every student graduates with a clear path forward, whether they are bound for a university, a skilled trade, or the local workforce.

Higher education and skilled trade training should be a launchpad for economic success, not a lifetime trap of crippling debt. We must make tuition free at public colleges, community colleges, and trade schools, which Tennessee has already done, so every American can learn a valuable skill or earn a degree without taking on financial ruin. For the millions of Americans already trapped under mountains of debt, we need targeted student loan forgiveness and a hard cap on federal interest rates to give working families immediate breathing room. By pairing tuition-free technical and higher education with expanded paid apprenticeships, we can rebuild our domestic workforce, fill critical shortages in healthcare and industry, and ensure the next generation has a thriving economy.

FOREIGN POLICY

A modern American foreign policy must be anchored in a revitalized and unwavering defensive alliance with NATO. In an era of shifting geopolitical tides, the collective security framework must serve as a dynamic shield for democratic stability rather than a static relic of the past. By deepening strategic integration with European partners and reinforcing the United States' role as the cornerstone of the North Atlantic partnership, we provide a definitive check against authoritarian expansion. This commitment is best exemplified by resolute and sustained support for Ukraine’s sovereignty by providing clear, principled path toward their full integration into the international security architecture of NATO.

Parallel to these security commitments, global leadership requires the moral courage to advocate for the dignity and self-determination of all people, specifically through the support of Palestinian statehood. A just and lasting peace in the Middle East can only be achieved by prioritizing international law, humanitarian relief, and a diplomatic framework that recognizes the fundamental rights of the Palestinian people. By championing these values, the United States can transition from a policy of reactive containment to one of active reconciliation. This vision ensures that the nation leads with a clarity that recognizes global freedom is interconnected from the borders of Europe to the Levant.

CLIMATE & ENERGY

A comprehensive climate strategy must begin with the United States reclaiming its seat at the global table, starting with a decisive return to the Paris Agreement. However, formalizing our commitment is merely the baseline; the true challenge lies in sophisticated diplomacy that brings the world’s largest emitters, specifically China and India, into a shared accountability framework. By leveraging strategic trade partnerships and collaborative technological research, we can move beyond geopolitical friction and toward a unified global standard. This ensures that the transition to a sustainable economy is a collective leap forward rather than a series of isolated steps, making global cooperation the primary engine of environmental stability.

Domestically, we must embrace a pragmatic energy portfolio that prioritizes the high-capacity, carbon-free potential of safe and modern nuclear energy. By investing in next-generation reactor designs and maintaining the most rigorous safety standards in the world, we can provide the reliable, "always-on" power necessary to supplement a growing renewable grid. This isn't just about reducing emissions it's about ensuring energy independence and economic resilience for the long term.

I advocate for proper environmental protections regarding datacenters. We have successfully regulated factories for over 100 years, and there are proven ways to manage these facilities ethically and sustainably by preventing water pollution and avoiding excessive strain on the electrical grid. By treating climate change as a technical challenge that requires bold, scientific solutions, we can build a green future that is as stable and secure as it is sustainable.

FAMILIES & REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH

Abortion should be safe, legal, and rare. The most effective way to lower the total number of abortions is not through punitive government mandates that put women in harm's way, but by empowering individuals with age-appropriate sex education, reliable access to birth control, and the economic security needed to raise a family. When we give people the tools to prevent unintended pregnancies and the resources to navigate parenthood, abortion naturally becomes far less common.

Choosing to start or grow a family should be a moment of hope, not financial panic. We reduce the need for abortion by making parenthood viable and supported at every stage. That begins with paid maternity and paternity leave. As a father, I know those first few months are crucial and you never get them back. No parent should ever have to choose between keeping their paycheck and caring for a newborn. Beyond paid leave, we must protect maternal healthcare so doctors can make life-saving medical decisions without fear, lower the skyrocketing costs of childcare, and overhaul our adoption and foster care systems. True family values mean supporting parents and children before, during, and long after birth.

IMMIGRATION & BORDER REFORM

America needs an immigration system built on clarity and efficiency. For decades, federal policy has bounced between political posturing and complete bureaucratic dysfunction. Our nation requires a secure border and ports of entry to protect our people from criminals and fentanyl. Security must also go hand in hand with treating every legitimate migrant, refugee, and asylum seeker with basic human dignity. We can enforce our laws and protect our communities by deporting criminals without resorting to reckless unaccountable enforcement tactics that put innocent people in harm's way. This is why we must replace ICE with a modernized agency focused on legitimate public safety, legal entry, and transparent oversight.

Navigating our legal immigration process shouldn't require an expensive lawyer. Millions of cases are stuck in legal limbo for 5 years because immigration courts are underfunded. I've seen the flowchart for immigrating to the United States, and it doesn't make any sense. We need to unravel our overly complex system and replace it with a transparent pathway for the people who want to be proud American citizens. As part of this overhaul, we must prioritize and streamline visas for high-demand professionals such as doctors and nurses who are urgently needed in our hospitals and underserved rural clinics. By expanding processing capacity at official ports of entry, tackling the root causes of regional instability in Central America, and fixing our broken administrative structure, we can create an immigration framework that reflects both our core values and our economic needs.

CIVIL RIGHTS & RELIGIOUS FREEDOM

America is at its best when we live up to our founding promise: that every person is created equal and deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and fairness under the law. Protecting civil rights for our racial & relious minorities along with our LGBTQ siblings is a fundamental duty of public service. No American should ever face discrimination in job hiring, housing access, medical care, or public accommodations because of who they are, where they come from, or who they love. We must strengthen federal civil rights protections, enforce accountability against hate crimes, and ensure equal economic opportunity so that every community can live and thrive safely.

At the exact same time, true freedom requires an unwavering defense of religious liberty. Our nation was founded on the freedom of conscience, and protecting every American from discrimination goes hand in hand with honoring and safeguarding the rights of faith communities. Houses of worship, religious schools, and faith-based charities perform vital work in our towns every day, and their First Amendment rights must be fully protected under the law. Protecting one group does not require diminishing another. By championing a common-sense policy of mutual protection, we ensure that faith organizations can operate according to their sincere convictions while LGBTQ individuals are fully protected from systemic discrimination.

Instead of letting national politicians use culture wars to turn neighbors against each other, we can build a framework where different beliefs coexist under equal justice. By ensuring that no one is left to choose between basic necessities like food and housing, we empower individuals to pursue meaningful work, education, and caregiving without the paralyzing fear of poverty.
